Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting tasks, financial record keeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Assist with GST/VAT, tax, and compliance-related work.

Monitor expenses and help prepare budgets.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents.
