Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and be capable of managing financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST Return Filing and GST-related compliance.
- Maintaining accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Preparation and entry of Sales Bills and Purchase Bills.
- Payment processing and payment tracking.
- Outstanding payment follow-up with clients and vendors.
- Bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
- Daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assisting with monthly and yearly account closing activities.
- Coordinating with CA and auditors whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GST filing and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
