Job Description :
PAAM97 Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Junior Lithium Ion Battery Engineer for our Delhi Badarpur warehouse.
We are looking for hardworking, honest, and eager-to-learn candidates who want to build a career in the EV and lithium battery industry.
Responsibilities
- Assemble lithium-ion battery packs.
- Spot welding and nickel strip welding.
- BMS wiring and battery testing.
- Cell matching and battery pack inspection.
- Battery charging, packaging, and quality checking.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work with precision.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
