Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our team in the Delhi region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Delhi region

* Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits

* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients

* Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

* Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* 0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role 

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel within Delhi region

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Languages:-

English & Hindi

Additional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

* Good interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic understanding of sales processes
