Lead - Asset Management

Responsibilities

1. Asset Management & Operational Oversight 

• Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets. 
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction. 
• Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators. 
• Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores. 

2. Strategic Alignment & Value Creation 

• Support the Head – Asset Management in developing strategies aligned with the group’s vision. 
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement. 
• Collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives. 

3. Contracts, Procurement & Vendor Management 

• Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services.
• Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts. 
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards. 

4. Design & Operational Coordination 

• Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects. 
• Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards. 
• Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures. 

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management 

• Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head – Asset Management. 
• Liaise with internal teams, operators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. 
• Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
