Job Description
ob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers through various online and offline channels.
- Contact prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain our products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead status to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
