Lead - Transition Finance - Delhi - Videocon Towers - MM
Job Purpose
To lead the strategic growth and sustainable development of our cleantech business by formulating and executing innovative business strategies, cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and ensuring efficient project management. This role aims to position the company as a leader in the cleantech sector while driving financial success and environmental impact.
Main Accountabilities
Sales Best Practices:
• Adopt and implement best practices in sales in line with the business goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Unique Selling Proposition (USP):
• Identify and enhance the company's Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
• Guide the team in expanding customer reach and increasing market penetration.
Business Excellence:
• Recommend business excellence processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to the team in achieving customer profitability, buying behavior analysis, product mix optimization, turnaround time (TAT), and cross-selling effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation:
• Analyze various customer segments and approve plans for product bundling and cross-selling.
• Ensure targeted marketing efforts align with customer segmentation strategies.
Sales Target Achievement:
• Review target achievement at a national level to ensure company sales objectives are met.
• Provide insights and guidance to drive sales performance.
• Contribute to strategy formulation and provide input to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Regularly review progress against strategic objectives.
Strategic Partnerships:
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, investors, and potential clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Identify target customers, create sales strategies, and negotiate contracts.
Risk Assessment:
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with business development activities, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and financial risks.
Team Management
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed to support business growth.
• Foster a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, trust, and open communication
