Job Description
*Job Title: Loan Executive*
*Location:* Delhi NCR / Pan India
*Experience:* 0-2 Years | Fresher Can Apply
*Education:* 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans through calling, field visits, and referrals
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and EMI to potential customers
- Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and bank/NBFC guidelines
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursal teams for faster TAT
- Follow up with clients for login, sanction, and disbursal status
- Achieve monthly targets for logins, sanctions, and disbursals
- Maintain daily MIS of leads, calls, and client interactions
- Build relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and connectors
*Requirements:*
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi + English/Local language
- Basic knowledge of loans, CIBIL, and banking terms
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable with field work
- Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage
- 2-wheeler preferred for client visits
*Skills Needed:*
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship building
- Documentation accuracy
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Basic MS Excel for MIS reporting
