🎯 Job Profile:
Hum ek motivated Telecaller cum Loan Processing Executive ki talash kar rahe hain jo Personal Loan, Business Loan aur anya loan products par clients se baat kar sake aur backend office work bhi sambhal sake.
Is role mein 70% Telecalling aur 30% Backend/Office Work rahega.
📝 Responsibilities:
- Company dwara provide kiye gaye leads par calling karna.
- Customers ki loan requirement samajhna aur unhe suitable loan products ke baare mein batana.
- Personal Loan, Business Loan aur anya loan products ki basic information dena.
- Interested customers ka data collect aur update karna.
- Loan applications ki documents verification aur follow-up karna.
- CRM, Excel aur company software mein customer details update karna.
- Customers aur banks/NBFCs ke beech coordination karna.
- Pending cases ka regular follow-up karna.
- Daily work report maintain karna.
✅ Required Skills:
- Hindi mein achhi communication skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet, CRM/System Work).
- Calling aur customer handling mein interest.
- Positive attitude aur target-oriented approach.
- Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability.
🎓 Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
