📍 Location: Badarpur / Krishna Nagar (Delhi)

🕒 Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday if required)

💼 Work:

  • Customer queries (Call/WhatsApp/Instagram)
  • Order processing & dispatch
  • Courier panel (Shiprocket) handling
  • NDR & RTO management

✅ Requirement:

  • E-commerce / Customer Support experience preferred
  • Basic Excel + good communication
  • Punctual & responsible
