Job Description – Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution business supplying products across India. We are looking for a proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely deliveries to customers and fulfilment centres.
Key Responsibilities
Inward Logistics
* Coordinate incoming shipments from vendors.
* Verify quantity and documents before warehouse receipt.
* Ensure GRN is completed accurately.
* Report shortages, damages and discrepancies immediately.
Outward Logistics
* Plan daily dispatches.
* Coordinate with transporters and courier partners.
* Ensure shipments are sent to the correct fulfilment centre/customer.
* Track all shipments until successful delivery.
* Collect and maintain PODs.
Inventory & Documentation
* Maintain dispatch and inward records.
* Update Excel/ERP on a daily basis.
* Verify invoices, e-way bills and transport documents.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate loading.
Coordination
* Follow up with transporters for delays.
* Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart operations wherever required.
* Escalate issues before they become delays.
Skills Required
* 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse or dispatch.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
* Good communication and follow-up skills.
* Experience with transport coordination.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
Preferred
* Experience with Amazon FBA, Flipkart or e-commerce logistics.
* Experience using Tally, Busy or any inventory software.
Salary: ₹18,000/- per month (depending on experience)+ overtime as per company policy
Working Days: As per company policy.
