Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive who will be responsible for managing transportation, dispatch, deliveries, inventory movement, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.
- Arrange and monitor transportation of goods.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain logistics records, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and stock transfers.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of courier and transport management.
- Inventory and warehouse coordination.
