Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Order Tracking & Shiprocket Executive who will manage daily order dispatch tracking, coordinate with courier partners, and ensure smooth delivery of orders to customers.

The role involves monitoring shipment status, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate order records.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Tracking & Shipment Management

• Update and manage order tracking details on a daily basis
• Handle Shiprocket order processing, tracking, and shipment status updates
• Monitor dispatched, in-transit, delivered, and RTO (Return to Origin) orders
• Ensure all dispatched orders have correct tracking IDs and courier details

Courier Coordination

• Coordinate with courier partners through Shiprocket
• Follow up with courier companies for delays, stuck shipments, or delivery issues
• Escalate delivery problems and ensure timely resolution

Dispatch Management

• Verify that orders are dispatched correctly and on time
• Maintain coordination between warehouse/packing team and courier partners
• Track pickup requests and shipment movement

Customer Support (Logistics Related)

• Provide customers with accurate tracking information
• Assist in resolving delivery related queries

Reporting & Records

• Maintain order tracking records and shipment reports
• Prepare basic daily/weekly order status reports
• Track RTO orders and update management

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Shiprocket or courier management platforms
• Good communication skills for courier coordination
• Ability to track multiple orders and maintain records
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and follow-up ability

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or order management
• Experience working with courier companies or shipping platforms
