Manager

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen and service staff
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure authenticity, quality, and consistency of South Indian dishes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a South Indian restaurant
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

• Experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Prior experience managing a South Indian kitchen or restaurant is highly preferred
