Manager - Learning & Development
- Responsible for managing learning and development initiatives within the organization. - Oversee training programs, employee skill enhancement, and professional development. - Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Lead a team or coordinate with external vendors to deliver quality learning experiences. - Drive continuous improvement in employee capabilities and organizational performance through strategic L&D efforts. - Manage scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to learning activities. - Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards in training delivery. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization. - Support leadership in talent development and succession planning initiatives.Job role
