Marketing Executive

Job OverviewThe Marketing Executive – Referral Marketing is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, insurance representatives, and community stakeholders to increase patient referrals and strengthen the hospital's market presence. The role focuses on promoting hospital services ethically while ensuring excellent communication and coordination with internal departments.

Required Skills & QualificationQualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Healthcare Management, Psychology, Social Work, or Marketing)
• MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, referral marketing, or hospital business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may also be considered.
