Job Description
Marketing Executive – Business Development & Lead Generation
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can actively generate leads, build professional relationships, and contribute to business growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting cold calling activities, arranging meetings, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients, companies, and business opportunities through online platforms, references, directories, LinkedIn, and field networking.
* Generate and maintain quality databases of Corporate Companies, Individuals, Matrimonial Bureaus, Law Firms, HR Consultants, Financial Institutions, Investigation-related prospects, and other target sectors.
* Conduct professional cold calling, follow-up calls, email outreach, and WhatsApp communication to develop business opportunities.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and business associates.
* Present company services in a professional and convincing manner.
* Develop and nurture leads from initial contact to final conversion.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
* Build strong professional relationships and strategic partnerships.
* Update CRM/database with accurate lead and client information.
* Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
* Coordinate with management for proposals, presentations, and client onboarding processes.
* Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and business interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
* Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development processes.
* Ability to work independently and generate leads proactively.
* Professional personality with convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools preferred.
* Prior experience in Marketing, Business Development, Telecalling, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition will be an advantage.
Qualification:
* Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant skills and experience.
* Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply.
