Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Marketing will be responsible for promoting the foundation’s educational programs, increasing student enrollments, and building partnerships with schools, institutions, and communities. The role requires strong communication skills, fieldwork, and the ability to achieve sales targets while representing the foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Promote educational programs, courses, and initiatives to students, parents, and institutions

Generate leads through field visits, events, and digital platforms

Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers

Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness campaigns

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about programs

Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and outreach strategies

Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (education sector preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in field sales and meet targets

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, ed-tech, or NGO sector

Local market knowledge and network with schools/institutions

Presentation and negotiation skills
