Job Description
About the Role
We are a facade contractual company based in Vikaspuri, Delhi, working in aluminium doors, windows, and fenestration. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage our social media, handle customer enquiries, and help track our leads.
What You'll Do
- Manage the company's Instagram page (post photos, videos, and updates regularly)
- Keep the company website updated with latest work and information
- Answer incoming calls from customers asking about our services
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest, to convert them into clients
- Prepare simple reports on leads (how many calls came in, how many converted, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of Instagram (posting, stories, basic content ideas)
- Comfortable using a computer
- Good with Excel (for making reports)
- Good with Google (Google search, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs)
- At least 1 year of work experience (marketing/social media/office work)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Polite and patient while talking to customers on phone
Good to Have (not compulsory)
- Experience in construction, interiors, or home improvement industry
