Mechanical Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Service Engineer for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial laundry machines used in hotels, hospitals, laundries, and commercial facilities. The candidate should possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, flatwork ironers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Inspect machine performance and ensure proper functioning of motors, bearings, belts, valves, pumps, and pneumatic systems.
• Attend customer complaints and provide technical support at site locations.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely completion of service activities.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed during service operations.
• Train machine operators on basic maintenance and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial laundry equipment or heavy machinery maintenance preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems will be an added advantage.
