Job Title: Medical Calling Executives - Blood Test Packages
Location: Delhi (Office - Moti Nagar & Laxmi Nagar)
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers from provided leads.
• Explain available blood test packages, prices, and benefits clearly.
• Answer customer queries and guide them through the booking process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely bookings.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Prior experience in healthcare calling or sales will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge computer.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
