Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Executive/Medical Representative to expand our offline retail footprint. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing retail partners, including independent pharmacies, surgical supply stores, and local healthcare clinics. You will drive the placement and sales of the Sara+Care consumer product line, ensuring high brand visibility and consistent stock availability across your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Retail Network Expansion: Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail pharmacies, surgical stores, and wellness centres to carry the Sara+Care product portfolio.
• Product Driving: Achieve sales targets for fast-moving categories, including Nebulizers, Digital BP Monitors, Digital Thermometers, Adult Diapers, and Vaporizers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, store managers, and purchasers to ensure repeat business and priority shelf space.
• Data & Pipeline Management: Accurately log daily sales activities, partner interactions, and territory performance data into the company's system for streamlined analysis.
• Brand Visibility: Implement in-store merchandising strategies, ensuring Sara+Care products are prominently displayed and promotional materials are effectively utilized.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and local market trends in medical devices and home healthcare products, providing actionable feedback to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1–3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or pharmaceutical retail sales.
• Strong existing network with local pharmacies and surgical distributors in the region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and clearly articulate the clinical and technical benefits of home healthcare products.
• Proficiency in utilizing sales tracking tools and basic presentation software.
