Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Any Stream

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative with experience in promoting and selling medical surgical products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hospital, OT (Operation Theatre), and institutional sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital purchase departments, and healthcare professionals.

Candidates having prior experience in selling surgical consumables, medical devices, OT products, or related healthcare products will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

·      Promote and sell medical surgical products and related medical devices to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and surgical centres.

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, OT staff, hospital administrators, and purchase departments.

·      Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.

·      Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

·      Generate enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales.

·      Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·      Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.

·      Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.

·      Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Good knowledge of medical surgical products and hospital procurement processes.

·      Ability to work independently and manage territory sales effectively.

·      Target-oriented approach with proven sales achievement record.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

·      Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

·      Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / D. Pharma/ B. Pharma, Graduate in any stream.

·      Experience: 2–5 years of experience in medical surgical products, medical devices, healthcare products, or hospital sales.

·      Experience in OT sales and institutional sales will be preferred.
