Job Description
Manage the complete merchandising process from product development to dispatch.
Coordinate with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
Follow up on sampling, production, and delivery timelines.
Plan and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.
Prepare and update product information, SKUs, and specifications.
Coordinate product photoshoots and ensure products are marketplace-ready.
Work with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and the company website.
Monitor product performance and recommend replenishment or discontinuation.
Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Analyze sales trends and customer demand to improve product assortment.
Support seasonal launches and promotional campaigns.
