Job Purpose
The Manager - MIS and Sales Coordinator - Wealth is responsible for managing the management information systems (MIS) and sales coordination within the Wealth department. This role involves reconciling positions and balances on client accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate client reporting. The position also includes preparing bespoke client reports, managing security referential data, and handling client statement and reporting queries. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and managing reporting metrics for the Wealth management team.
Main Accountabilities
• Client Account Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of client account positions and balances, ensuring accurate records for client reporting. Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
• Security Data Management: Manage security referential data within client reporting systems, including verifying and maintaining accurate security pricing and performing data integrity checks.
• Bespoke Reporting: Develop and prepare customized reports for Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) clients, ensuring all client-specific requirements and standards are met.
• Management Reporting: Compile and analyze metrics for management, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Client Queries: Address and resolve client queries related to statements and reporting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Deadline and SLA Management: Proactively manage reporting deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery of accurate reports and compliance with agreed timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the MIS and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure all reporting and data management activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to coordinate reporting requirements and resolve any issues impacting client reporting and account management.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
