Job Description

Indian Cuisine Chef Required – The Desi Griddle (Janakpuri)


Candidate should have their own two-wheeler, as this is an evening shift job


We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our cloud kitchen in Janakpuri.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain consistency in North Indian dishes such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Lababdar, Kadhai Chicken, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani, etc.

• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

• Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs.

• Manage food preparation, inventory, and wastage control.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.


Requirements:

• Experience in North Indian cuisine and know tandoor items aswell

• Ability to work independently in a cloud kitchen setup.

• Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen operations.

• Punctual, disciplined, and quality-focused.

Timing: 6 PM - 3 AM
