Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily plant production activities like sowing, propagation, repotting, pruning, and harvesting.
- Monitor plant health and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and solve issues related to pests, diseases, watering, and nutrition.
- Improve nursery processes, reduce wastage, and increase efficiency.
- Track plant losses and ensure proper recovery measures.
- Coordinate with nursery partners and internal teams.
- Share regular field updates and reports with management.
- RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in nursery or plant operations.
- Good knowledge of plant care and nursery management.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-ground execution.
