1. Role OverviewWe are seeking qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide professional medical care to patients in their homes. The role involves clinical support, patient monitoring, and coordination with doctors and family members to ensure high-quality healthcare services outside hospital settings.

• 2. Key Responsibilities🧑‍⚕️ Clinical CareAdminister medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels)
• Perform wound dressing, catheter care, and post-surgical care
• Assist in physiotherapy support (if required)
• 🏥 Patient MonitoringObserve patient condition and report any changes immediately
• Maintain accurate medical records and daily reports
• Ensure adherence to treatment plans
• 🏠 Home-Based CareProvide nursing care in a home environment
• Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
• Educate patients and family members about care routines
• 🤝 CoordinationCommunicate with doctors, supervisors, and family members
• Follow medical instructions and protocols strictly
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism
• 3. Eligibility CriteriaGNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid certification or registration (if applicable)
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply
