Job Description
We are looking to hire a Computer Assistant / Office Assistant with 3–5 years of experience to handle day-to-day office computer work. The role primarily involves managing books and magazine quotations, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing quotations for books and magazines
- Generating invoices and maintaining billing records
- Handling routine office computer work and documentation
- Managing data entries, reports, and records using advanced Excel
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients as required
- Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in office/computer-based roles
- Strong knowledge of computers and advanced MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in invoicing and quotation preparation (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
