We are seeking a highly polished and articulate Executive Assistant / Office Operations Specialist with exceptional executive presence and professional grooming to serve as the face of our company and deliver impactful business presentations to clients in fluent English. In this multifaceted role, you will leverage your Advanced Excel mastery, comprehensive MS Office suite expertise, and robust technical skills to manage data collection, compile detailed PDFs, and generate sophisticated corporate reports. Beyond overseeing day-to-day office operations—such as coordinating communications with on-site personnel, managing corporate mail, and handling financial transactions like bank transfers, salary payments, bills, and official letters—experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for tender posting and processing is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
