Office Boy / Peon

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and presentable Office Boy to support day-to-day operations at the Sora Lights showroom and office. The role involves maintaining the showroom environment, assisting the team with errands and logistics, and ensuring a clean, welcoming space for clients at all times.

Key responsibilities

Open and close the showroom daily — lights, displays, AC, and entrance.

Keep the showroom clean and well-presented at all times — dusting display fixtures, mopping floors, wiping surfaces.

Serve tea/water to clients and visitors during showroom meetings.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising product deliveries and sample stock.

Run local errands — courier pickups and drops, stationery, vendor visits as directed.

Assist with packing and labelling outgoing orders when required.

Support Amit and Arpan with day-to-day logistics and coordination tasks.

Handle basic photocopying, filing, and office supply management.
