Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
  • Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of office files and materials.
  • Requirements Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
  • Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
  • Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
