Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Store Operations Coordinator to handle the dual responsibility of managing our day-to-day office environment and overseeing our on-site store/inventory operations.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics—ensuring our team has a smooth workspace while maintaining strict control over stock, supplies, and coordinating with the company. If you love logistics, organizing physical spaces, and keeping operations running without a hitch, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Store & Inventory Management: Oversee the company store/storage facility. Receive, log, organize, and track all incoming inventory, equipment, or materials.
  • Stock Control & Auditing: Conduct regular stock counts, monitor supply levels, and anticipate shortages to ensure crucial items are always available.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the daily upkeep of the main office, ensure communal spaces are organized, and handle incoming mail, deliveries and installation.
  • Company Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners. Coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital logs of stock movements, asset assignments, and operational expenses.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory coordination, logistics, or office administration.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to keep physical spaces tidy, categorized, and highly efficient.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficient in inventory management software (or a strong willingness to learn) and basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external suppliers.
