Job Description

Position: FTL Operations Manager
Location: Delhi/NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: minimum 1 year
We need experienced and result-oriented FTL Operations Manager to manage end-to-end Full Truck Load (FTL) operations across India. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle placement, transporter management, shipment execution, cost optimization, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Manage complete FTL operations from vehicle placement to final delivery.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments across PAN India routes.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Transporter & Vendor ManagementDevelop and maintain a strong network of transporters, fleet owners, and brokers.
- Negotiate freight rates to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Onboard and manage new transport vendors as per business requirements.
- Ensure transporter compliance and performance monitoring.
- Customer Coordination Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment status.
- Optimize route planning and vehicle utilization.
- Strong understanding of freight markets, route planning, and logistics operations.
- Experience in transporter/vendor management and freight negotiation.
