Operations Associate

Job Summary 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage daily 

operational activities across online marketplaces and ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, 

and coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of 

handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee timely dispatch and order fulfillment across all platforms. 

• Manage online marketplaces such as Meesho, Amazon, Website, and manual orders. 

• Ensure accurate order processing and smooth operational workflow. 

• Maintain marketplace hygiene including product listings, stock availability, and order accuracy. 

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of day-to-day operations. 

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency to avoid delays and errors. 

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively. 

• Support sales growth through efficient operational management. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred). 

• Basic understanding of E-commerce / Marketplace platforms is a plus. 

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. 

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
