Job Description
1. Packaging & Dispatch Management
- Oversee the daily packing process, ensuring items are securely packed according to brand standards to prevent damage.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services (e.g., FedEx, DHL, local partners) for timely order pickups.
- Generate shipping labels, manifests, and track shipments to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage inventory levels of packaging materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to avoid stockouts.
2. E-Commerce & Online Listing Management
- Manage day-to-day operations on backend panels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, eBay, or proprietary website).
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor stock levels across multiple online channels to prevent overselling.
3. Basic Accounting & Documentation
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Keep a clean record of daily sales, returns, and shipping expenses.
- Reconcile monthly marketplace payouts against orders dispatched.
- Assist with basic data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel).
4. Customer & Return Operations
- Process customer returns (RTO - Return to Origin), inspect returned items for quality, and update inventory accordingly.
- Coordinate with customer support regarding delayed shipments or transit issues.
