About Us

We are a growing imitation jewellery brand selling through Shopify and Myntra. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and hardworking candidate to manage daily order processing, packing, dispatch coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & PackingProcess daily orders received through Shopify and Myntra.
• Pick and pack jewellery products accurately as per order requirements.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, invoicing, and shipment preparation.
• Verify product quality before dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely order dispatch.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and minimize packing errors.
• Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Organize and manage inventory efficiently.
• Update stock details in the system on a daily basis.
• E-commerce OperationsGenerate shipping labels and process shipments.
• Update order status on Shopify, Myntra, and other platforms.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare daily dispatch and inventory reports.
• RequirementsBasic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet applications.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Myntra Seller Panel, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Prior experience in packing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.

Experience

• Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion accessories, or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
