As a Packing Boy, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing, organizing, and packing goods for delivery while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality. This role is essential for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products securely to ensure they are delivered in excellent condition.
• Follow company guidelines for packing, labeling, and sealing packages.

1. Order Fulfillment:

• Verify product quantities and types against order details.
• Organize and pack orders for dispatch in a timely manner.

1. Inventory Support:

• Assist in updating stock records during packing processes.
• Report shortages or damages in inventory to the supervisor.

• Inspect items for damage, defects, or errors before packing.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards.

• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the packing area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Physically fit to lift and move goods as needed.
• Prior experience in packing, logistics, or warehousing (preferred).
