Kaam kya hoga:
Candidate ko products par hand painting, brush painting aur spray painting karni hogi.
Candidate ko paint ke baare mein achhi knowledge honi chahiye, jaise:
# Kaunsa paint kis product par use hota haiPrimer / base coat ka use
# Bottom coat aur topcoat ka use.
# Final finishing kaise deni hai
# Color matching kaise karni hai
# Brush, spray gun aur painting tools ka sahi use
# Requirement:Hand painting aur brush painting ka experience hona chahiye
# Spray paint karna aana chahiye
# Paint ke types aur unke use ki knowledge honi chahiye
# Product ki finishing clean aur attractive honi chahiye
# Murti, fountain, figurine ya handicraft painting ka experience ho to better hai.
# Sample ke according same color aur same finishing kar paana chahiye
