Job Description
- Personal Care & Hygiene: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Medical Monitoring: Checking and recording vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, and heart rate.
- Medication Administration: Ensuring medication is taken on time as prescribed.
- Mobility Assistance: Helping patients walk, transfer from bed to wheelchair, and perform prescribed physical exercises.
- Nutritional Support: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
- Home Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including changing bed linens.
- Communication: Alerting healthcare providers or family members to any significant changes in the patient's condition
