Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Patient Relation Executive to join our Caroline healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling patient inquiries, providing information about healthcare services, and supporting the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients actively looking for home healthcare services
  • Promoting the Caroline healthcare services (e.g., diagnostics, ICU set-up, GDA, Nursing staff, health checkups etc.) and treatment facilities of the organization to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients.
  • Work at Batra Hospital & visit other hospitals when required for service coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and referral partners to ensure consistent business flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance hospital visibility and patient engagement Generate leads through field visits, calling, and networking, and ensure maximum conversion into revenue.
  • Generating patient referrals and supporting the organization’s business development activities.
  • Coordinating with patients regarding consultations, admissions, treatment plans, and follow up services.
  • Handling patient inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Calling and following up on leads to introduce healthcare services and convert prospective leads into customers.
  • Achieving assigned monthly targets and performance objectives as defined by the management.
  • Maintaining daily reports of visits, follow-ups, patient coordination, and business activities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Preferred in Healthcare, or Business Administration) & Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Sales, or Business Development Executive, Customer executive Support (Healthcare experience preferred).
  • Experience in Healthcare / Hospital Marketing Team is mandatory

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English communication (spoken & written)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Proven experience in team handling (10–15 members)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle team & achieve targets
  • Field-active, aggressive & result-driven mindset
