Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

Organization: Satya Anubhuti Ashram

Location: Govindpuri, New Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

हम एक ऐसे Performance Marketer की तलाश में हैं जो केवल Ads चलाने वाला न हो, बल्कि Lead Generation और Business Growth की जिम्मेदारी लेकर काम करे।


Job Responsibilities


  1. Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads की पूरी जिम्मेदारी
  2. Campaign Planning, Launching & Optimization
  3. CPL कम करने के लिए लगातार A/B Testing
  4. Audience Research & Retargeting
  5. Landing Page एवं Funnel Optimization
  6. Meta Pixel, Conversion API एवं Event Tracking
  7. Ad Copy एवं Creative Team के साथ समन्वय
  8. Weekly Performance Report
  9. Webinar Funnel को Optimize करना
  10. Lead Quality पर निरंतर कार्य करना


Preferred Experience


2–5 वर्ष का Performance Marketing अनुभव

Coaching / Education / Spiritual / Wellness / Webinar Funnel का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता

Meta Ads Manager में मजबूत पकड़

Lead Generation Campaigns का अनुभव

Conversion Optimization की समझ

Google Sheets/Excel में Reporting


Working Schedule

Work From Office: Saturday & Sunday

Rest days can do according to convenience

Monthly Salary

₹35,000 (Fixed)


Performance Targets (KPI)


उम्मीदवार को निम्न KPI के आधार पर कार्य करना होगा:

CPL (Cost Per Lead): Interview के दौरान निर्धारित किया जाएगा।

प्रति सप्ताह Webinar Registrations: लक्ष्य पर पारस्परिक सहमति के अनुसार।

Show-up Rate: Registration से वास्तविक उपस्थिति बढ़ाने पर फोकस।

Cost per Attendee: लगातार कम करने का लक्ष्य।

Cost per Sale: Funnel Optimization के माध्यम से न्यूनतम रखना।

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): लाभदायक एवं स्थायी विज्ञापन प्रदर्शन सुनिश्चित करना।
