Job Description (JD) – Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist
Office Timings - 9:30 to 6:00pm
Position Details:-
- Designation: Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist
- Department: Digital Marketing

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Seven Seas Cosmetics (Near Metro Azadpur – GT Road, Near Ashok Vihar, Delhi)
- Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Head
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Performance Marketing professional with 5–6 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, B2C marketing, and E-commerce performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analysing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate quality leads, increase online sales, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media strategies, campaign optimization, audience targeting, lead generation, E-commerce growth, B2C customer acquisition, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:-
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Handle campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage and optimize E-commerce campaigns to increase website traffic, sales, and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spend.
E-commerce & B2C Marketing
- Develop and execute B2C performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage performance campaigns for E-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Optimize product-level campaigns to improve online sales and conversion rates.
- Monitor customer journey and purchase behaviour to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce team to increase website conversions and revenue.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
- Track CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CAC, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics.
- Improve conversion rates through continuous optimization and testing.
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns for better customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor website traffic, sales performance, lead generation data, and conversion funnels.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and revenue growth.
Audience Targeting & Optimization
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, product pages, and targeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Ensure proper audience segmentation for better campaign results.
Coordination & Strategy
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaign content.
- Work closely with the Sales, Brand, and E-commerce teams to improve lead quality and online sales.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and E-commerce best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in B2C Performance Marketing.
- Experience in E-commerce marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms is preferred).
- Strong understanding of online customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SEO, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
