Personal Loan Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Financial Advisor to join our outbound sales team for Personal Loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calling, understanding customer financial requirements, and offering suitable personal loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan sales.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Generate and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and loan processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan / BFSI sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
