What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and bulk-buying customers

Proactively upsell and cross-sell OTC products, nutraceuticals, and wellness products

Follow up with chronic/repeat patients to ensure retention and loyalty

Meet daily and monthly sales targets with full accountability

Coordinate with the store team to ensure product availability and smooth billing

Gather customer feedback and relay market insights to the owner

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare product sales (mandatory)

Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-first attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Deep knowledge of medicines, OTC products, or nutraceuticals is must
