फुल-टाइम घरेलू सहायिका (Maid) की आवश्यकता| हम अपने क्लाइंट्स के घरों पर कार्य करने के लिए ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती घरेलू सहायिकाओं (Maids) की भर्ती कर रहे हैं।
कार्य का विवरण (Job Responsibilities)नियुक्त उम्मीदवार को हमारे क्लाइंट्स के घरों पर निम्नलिखित कार्य करने होंगे:
- घर की सामान्य साफ-सफाई (झाड़ू, पोछा, डस्टिंग)
- बाथरूम एवं टॉयलेट की साफ-सफाई
- रसोई एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों की सफाई
- बर्तन साफ करना
- कपड़े धोना, सुखाना एवं व्यवस्थित रखना
- कपड़ों पर आयरन (Ironing) करना
- घर को स्वच्छ एवं व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना
- क्लाइंट द्वारा बताए गए अन्य सामान्य घरेलू कार्य
- कार्य समय फुल-टाइम नौकरी
- सप्ताह में 6 दिन कार्य अनिवार्य
- 1 दिन साप्ताहिक अवकाश
अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिवयदि कर्मचारी अपने साप्ताहिक अवकाश (7वें दिन) पर भी कार्य करता/करती है, तो उसे 1 दिन के अतिरिक्त वेतन (Extra Day Incentive) का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
- आवश्यक योग्यताएंघरेलू कार्यों का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखने वाला/वाली हो।
- समय का पालन करने वाला/वाली हो।
- ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं भरोसेमंद हो।
- क्लाइंट के घर में शिष्टाचार एवं प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार बनाए रखने की क्षमता हो।
- नियम एवं शर्तेंनौकरी शुरू करने से पहले रोजगार अनुबंध (Employment Contract) पर हस्ताक्षर करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- नौकरी छोड़ने से पूर्व 30 दिनों का लिखित नोटिस देना अनिवार्य होगा।
- बिना नोटिस नौकरी छोड़ने की स्थिति में अनुबंध की शर्तें लागू होंगी।
- कंपनी एवं क्लाइंट के नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक होगा।
- वेतन एवं लाभआकर्षक मासिक वेतन
- 7वें दिन कार्य करने पर अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिव
- समय पर वेतन भुगतान
- स्थायी एवं सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण
