Job Description

फुल-टाइम कुक (Cook) / घरेलू सहायक की आवश्यकताहम अपने क्लाइंट्स के घरों पर कार्य करने के लिए अनुभवी, जिम्मेदार एवं भरोसेमंद कुक (Cook) की भर्ती कर रहे हैं।

कार्य का विवरण (Job Responsibilities)नियुक्त उम्मीदवार को क्लाइंट के घर पर निम्नलिखित कार्य करने होंगे:

  • खाना बनाने से संबंधित कार्यपरिवार के लिए सुबह, दोपहर एवं रात का भोजन तैयार करना
  • शाकाहारी एवं गैर-शाकाहारी व्यंजन (आवश्यकतानुसार) बनाना
  • रसोई की साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना
  • भोजन की गुणवत्ता एवं स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखना
  • घरेलू कार्यघर की सामान्य साफ-सफाई (झाड़ू, पोछा एवं डस्टिंग)
  • बाथरूम एवं टॉयलेट की साफ-सफाई
  • रसोई एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों की सफाई
  • बर्तन साफ करना (यदि आवश्यक हो)
  • कपड़े धोना, व्यवस्थित करना एवं आयरन (Ironing) करना
  • घर को साफ-सुथरा एवं व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना
  • कार्य समयफुल-टाइम नौकरी
  • सप्ताह में 6 दिन कार्य अनिवार्य
  • 1 दिन साप्ताहिक अवकाश

अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिवयदि कर्मचारी अपने साप्ताहिक अवकाश (7वें दिन) पर भी कार्य करता/करती है, तो उसे 1 दिन के अतिरिक्त वेतन (Extra Day Incentive) का भुगतान किया जाएगा।

  • आवश्यक योग्यताएंघरेलू कुकिंग का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
  • भारतीय भोजन बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव।
  • साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखने वाला/वाली हो।
  • समय का पालन करने वाला/वाली हो।
  • ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं भरोसेमंद हो।
  • क्लाइंट के परिवार के साथ विनम्र एवं प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार रखने वाला/वाली हो।
  • नियम एवं शर्तेंनौकरी शुरू करने से पहले रोजगार अनुबंध (Employment Contract) पर हस्ताक्षर करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  • नौकरी छोड़ने से पहले 30 दिनों का लिखित नोटिस देना अनिवार्य होगा।
  • बिना नोटिस नौकरी छोड़ने की स्थिति में अनुबंध की शर्तें लागू होंगी।
  • कंपनी एवं क्लाइंट के नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक होगा।
  • वेतन एवं लाभआकर्षक मासिक वेतन
  • 7वें दिन कार्य करने पर अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिव
  • समय पर वेतन भुगतान
  • स्थायी एवं सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण
