Picker / Packer

PICKER & PACKER – ZEPTO STOREJob DescriptionResponsible for accurately picking products from the store shelves as per customer orders, checking the items, packing them safely, and handing over completed orders to delivery partners within the required time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from designated shelves/bins as per customer orders.
• Scan and verify products using a handheld device/system.
• Check quantity, product quality, expiry date, and SKU before packing.
• Pack products safely and appropriately to prevent damage or leakage.
• Label and organize packed orders for dispatch.
• Ensure the correct order is handed over to the delivery partner.
• Replenish products on shelves when required.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory activities.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Achieve required productivity, accuracy, and order turnaround targets.
• Requirements10th/12th standard preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, supermarket, warehouse, picking, or packing is an advantage.
• Basic reading and understanding of product/order details.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
