Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers (individuals, SMEs, businesses)
- Pitch banking products and explain benefits
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct financial needs analysis and suggest suitable products
- Ensure account opening documentation & KYC compliance
- Cross-sell additional products (loans, insurance, etc.)
- Track performance metrics like:
- Number of accounts opened
- Deposit value (CA/SA balances)
