Front Desk & Lead Qualification Executive
Location- Delhi NCR
Experience - 4-6 Years

About the Company -
Hongyi JIG Rapid Technologies is a PMO-led project governance company specializing in tooling, product development, supplier management, and manufacturing program execution.
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who can manage incoming enquiries, coordinate customer interactions, maintain CRM discipline, and support lead qualification processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries from multiple channels including Phone, WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, Website, Referrals, and Marketing Campaigns.
- Perform initial lead qualification and information gathering.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
- Coordinate customer meetings with internal teams and management.
- Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage meeting calendars.
- Follow up with prospects for pending information and documentation.
- Prepare lead summaries and maintain communication records.
- Ensure timely handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales and P-Series teams.
- Support customer communication and relationship management activities.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and process compliance.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
- CRM management experience.
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Follow-up and documentation discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
- B2B customer coordination experience.
- Sales coordination or customer success experience.
- WhatsApp Business and email communication management.
