About the Company -

Hongyi JIG Rapid Technologies is a PMO-led project governance company specializing in tooling, product development, supplier management, and manufacturing program execution.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who can manage incoming enquiries, coordinate customer interactions, maintain CRM discipline, and support lead qualification processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries from multiple channels including Phone, WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, Website, Referrals, and Marketing Campaigns.
• Perform initial lead qualification and information gathering.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
• Coordinate customer meetings with internal teams and management.
• Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage meeting calendars.
• Follow up with prospects for pending information and documentation.
• Prepare lead summaries and maintain communication records.
• Ensure timely handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales and P-Series teams.
• Support customer communication and relationship management activities.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and process compliance.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
• CRM management experience.
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Follow-up and documentation discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
• B2B customer coordination experience.
• Sales coordination or customer success experience.
• WhatsApp Business and email communication management.
